Pra-GE-ATLAS

Welcome to Pra-GE-ATLAS!

Pra-GE-ATLAS aims to reccurently compile large transcriptomics and proteomics datasets taking advantage of high-throughput technologies. Our mission is to facilitate research in the underrepresented and unexplored conifers, setting Pinus radiata as model to determine the extent of convergence and divergence in gene expression. The current implementation provides user-friendly functionalities to analyze tissue- and stres-related changes in gene expression (proteins, transcripts, and isoforms). Furthermore, interactive tools to extrapolate other species data to our reference, and download services for raw and processed data are provided.
