Plant-FUNCO

Welcome to Plant-FUNCO!

Plant-FUNCO aims to provide public availability to the functional integrative tracks generated for three model species (Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, Zea mays). Our mission is to facilitate research in evolutionary functional genomics and determine the extent of convergence and divergence in epigenomics. The current implementation provides user-friendly functionalities to visualize the tracks and analyze custom user bed files (enrichment over inter-species chromatin states and conservation functional genomics score bins). Furthermore, download services for processed data are provided.

About Us

Plant-FUNCO is developed and maintaned by Víctor Roces (ft Github) for Valmei-lab (EPIOMIDES), Plant Physiology Area, Organisms and Systems Biology Department, University of Oviedo.
